The outstanding Waterloo Presentation Mameluke Sword presented to Lieutenant Colonel Colin Cambpell, CB. Commanding the 3rd Battalion 1st Foot or Royal Scots at the Battle of Waterloo, where he was Severely Wounded, and presented by his fellow officers, the blade inscribed with the Battle Honours Egypt, Niagara , Peninsula and Waterloo the hilt prominently marked WATERLOO, the blade with following inscription (To Lt Colonel Colin Cambell, 1st or Royal Scots. This Sword is Presented By The Officers of That Regiment Serving Under His Command At The Battle of WATERLOO As a Small Testimony Of Their Esteem.) To the Reverse of The Blade the inscription, (Lt Col Arguimbau, Major McDonald, Major J. Lassen, Captain Dudgeon, Lt Rae (Now Capt in the 54th), Lt Ingram, Lt Clark, Lt Gordon, Lt.
