The 1914 Star awarded to Private Henry Bell who went to France with the 7th Stationary Hospital arriving in Theatre on the 15th of August 1914, transferred to the Army Service Corps (Motor Transport) Deserts in 1917, re-joins and is Demobilised and who, in 1953 applies to the Army Grant By Military Service (Civil Liabilities) Department for £55 to Mend his Lorry!!! Comprising 1914 Star, (1796 Pte H. Bell. R.A.M.C.), very fine. The 1914 Star awarded to Private James Cully, Royal Highlanders (The Black Watch) who was Discharged in 1915 with a “Lumber Bruise” comprising 1914 Star, (S-2677 Pte J. Cully. R. Highrs), very fine (2)
