The Russian Revenue holdings of Adolph Koeppel in one carton, comprising a ‘main’ collection which has been assembled to a very high level of completion including remarkable holdings of municipals and high values, put together specifically with completion in mind for the purpose of publishing a catalogue a draft of which is included in this lot. It would be significantly easier to say what isn't included rather than what is in this lot, but high values surcharges, obscure municipals and issues from far flung or short lived provinces all included.
