This landmark revenue sale includes the astonishing and vast remaining Indian States holdings of the late Adolph Koeppel, most famous for publishing his Crawford Medal Winning book, The Court Fee and Revenue Stamps of the Princely States of India (Volumes I and II), (authored with Raymond Manners.)&nbsp;Whilst India &amp; States is his most famous area of expertise, his collecting interests were far broader and extend all over the world, including strong Russia, France, and Germany with most holdings offered completely intact as collections. Property of other vendors includes a wonderful holding of Ireland, and highly specialised GB and Commonwealth, notably including the Uganda KGVI keyplates- the 5s one of just two known examples.&nbsp;This will be an unmissable auction which is deliberately scheduled to be after the Revenue Society meeting on the 5th&nbsp;September at the Royal Philatelic Society- so come to London for the weekend, view on Monday, and bid on the Tuesday!&nbsp;&nbsp;
