Bills of Exchange. 1904 BILLS ONLY overprints on green Postage & Revenue keytypes; Type A with short figures of value, Type B with tall figures. Mint 5c Type B 1st, 2nd and 3rd of Exchange strip, paper hinge on 2nd and short perf on 3rd. The balance are used singles: 5c A 1st (faded); 5c B 1st, 2nd and 3rd; 10c A 1st, 2nd and 3rd; 10c B 1st, 2nd and 3rd, the latter faded; 25c A 1st and 2nd, the former faded and perfinned but with space between ‘X’ and ‘C’ of overprint; 25c B 1st and 2nd, each with faults; 35c B 1st and 2nd; 40c A 1st and 2nd, the former stained; 40c B 1st and 2nd, two of the latter but one poor; 65c A 1st, 2nd and 3rd, the latter yellowed; 1r25 B 1st and 2nd
