<p>c.1940s Sardar Printing Works Indore (with accompanying letter addressed to Dewan of Wankaner State), sample sheets of stamped papers (213x340mm) with examples of Postal and Fiscal stamps from Partabgarh State (mostly Court Fees) and Dewas State, all optd by either ‘Proprietor Sardar Printing Works’ two-line h/s, ‘SPECIMEN OF NO VALUE’, with last Dewas 8a in dull yellowish green with additional ‘SPECIMEN’ in gold. Odd creases/folds and splits, still a very attractive and scarce group of archive material.&nbsp;</p>
