Description
The balance of the William Barber Estate of embossed GB revenues in 13 boxes, comprising 3 boxes of albums arranged in order by value including unusual usages Penalties and ultra-high values. The remaining ten boxes packed with complete documents sorted by type including ultra high-value early usages, Ireland combination frankings, GB penalty overprints, and all manner of usage, dies and types. Previously stored in filing drawers, the order has been preserved where possible, with all manner of specialised markings, usages, document types. Needs time to go through but a veritable treasure trove of embossed revenue philately, with most documents labelled with stickers explaining why it is notable or important. A one-off opportunity and the largest holding of specialised GB embossed we have ever handled.
