<p>Late 1700s to 1800s leather bound sample book (136 pages with 12 excised) containing a wide range of impressed duty stamps contained within comprising 373 different impressions with values from 1d to £100 including Attorneys Article (3), Hair Powder (3), Policy (scores) with £25, Receipts (scores) with different dies, Irish State Lottery (7), etc.., a few pages with minor aging. A most interesting item that was more than likely used as a guide to detect forgery.</p>
