1878-79 2a violet on horizontally-laid paper, very deep shade, block of fifteen (3 x 5, the three left columns of the 4 x 5 plate), unused. Lower left stamp with small corner fault, and one stamp with minor toned spot, otherwise very fine and fresh. Shows part sheet watermark on rows 2 and 3. Rare multiple. SG 108; Scott 83
