<p>Marine Policies. &nbsp;1867 First Issue (16 stamps) less the $12, and the three values not known as issued stamps ($4.50, $8 and $10); and the Second Issue (19 stamps), less only the $3.48, all used. &nbsp;Not without blemishes (three with straight edges, small stains, etc) but mostly in good condition, given their use; the most complete set ever assembled, lacking just five stamps, of which three are unknown save as Specimens. &nbsp;McClellan between M1-40</p>
