<p>Judicial. &nbsp;1868 First Issue fifteen mint values, missing the $3.50 and $5.50 (not known in issued form), the $1.50, $20 and $25. &nbsp;Gummed and watermarked, save the $15 which is without gum and has a partial line of extra perforations near base, which is perhaps evidence of use, although the stamp is uncancelled. &nbsp;Some with minor faults but an extremely difficult assemblage, with just 200 printed of both the $10 and $15. &nbsp;McClellan J1-5, 7-9, 11-13, 15-18</p>
