<p>Revenue. &nbsp;Three early documents. &nbsp;Two from 1859, each bearing COLLECTOR/ PROVINCE WELLESLEY red seal, both reasonable strikes, and with the small seal of the Resident Councillor; both documents are aged, folded and with stained sellotape repairs. &nbsp;The third document from 1873, in less distressed condition, with a strike of the red PRINCE OF WALES/ COLLECTOR/ ISLAND seal in red; a second strike on a receipt attached to the document. &nbsp;Impressed STAMP OFFICE/ FIFTY CENTS/ PENANG stamp on the document, which along with the receipt is signed by Frank Swettenham, who became Governor of the Straits Settlements from 1901-4. &nbsp;An historic trio</p>
