<p>1944 (21 Sept) re-used Official cover, originally sent from state representative in Udipur addressed to Dungarpur bearing printed economy label in ENGLISH and KGVI India Official ½a & 1a, stamps tied by cds. Upon arrival in the State a further economy label attached with m/s annotations and readdressed, bearing (on reverse)1939-46 ½a vermilion, Die I & II se-tenant, Perf 10½ in irregular block of 3 (Die I x2), paying the 1½a letter rate, centrally struck by state cds in black for 21 Sept 1944. Imperfections to envelope, a rare and most interesting item. Believed to be one of three recorded covers with the ½a Die I & II se-tanat. SG 10ca</p>
