1932 "Hurricane Provisional" bearing the Postage Paid machine cancel as used on foreign mail to denote that the postage had been paid. Cayman Brac cds (13 DE 32) with manuscript "A.S.R." alongside, it is believed that this cover was in the post office when the hurricane struck and was damaged.
