1932 "Hurricane Provisional" bearing the ASR initials of the Cayman Brac Postmaster, Aston Rutty, to indicate that postage was paid. Additional "Postage Paid" machine cancel applied in Kingston on arrival. Reduced at left with vertical crease, Mandeville arrival cds on reverse (7 DE 1932) along with a typed and signed explanation of the significance of the cover by H. H. Hutchings, ex Watkin, Byl, Cooley, Gross. One of only two such covers recorded, a desirable rarity
