1944 Enclosed "Form 113a" in cover from Georgetown to Oakland, California. Attractive franking of 1d, 2d, 2½ d and 6d KGVI issues cancelled with Georgetown cds (24 MR 1944), censored en route in Jamaica with PC90 label applied (Examiner I.D./6383). This is the likely source of the form which states "no stamps", indicating none were enclosed when examined
