No. 5 datestamp of 12 MAR. &nbsp;The stamps have received the scarce red SERVICE overprint, the 4a twice (once on the selvedge), and the 12a extending onto the envelope. &nbsp;Registration selvedge on reverse with part additional cancel, and wax seals of ‘Advisor - Baghdad ul Jadid’ (A.R. Khan). &nbsp;SG 25, 28</p>
