The stamps have received the scarce red SERVICE overprint, across each pair of the 3p and additionally on the selvedge, and tying the 4a to the envelope. &nbsp;Official handstamp on front and Household Office cachet on reverse. &nbsp;PF Pakistan Certificate (2011) on reverse. &nbsp;SG 19, 25</p>
