POSTAL HISTORY: fine selection of postal stationery including two used postcards; 1917 10c on 1d red used to Devon with Rabat CDS of 2 MY 20 (message on reverse dated 3rd May), central vertical fold with BPA Certificate (2013), (H&G 16b). 1917 5c on ½d postcard to Germany uprated with 5c on ½d adhesive, light Rabat CDS with an additional strike alongside (2 FE 1921). Tangier transit CDS of 6 FE also on front. Also with BPA Certificate (2013), (H&G 16a). Also a 1898-1918 group of unused wrappers with two examples each of H&G E2b overprinted SPECIMEN, one of each folded to card size; E4 and E5 SPECIMEN; the balance unused, with two examples of E5, and E6-7, 8, 10
