POSTAL HISTORY: 1892 cover (with contents) from Fez to London, franked by Gibraltar 1889-96 25c ultramarine, tied by very fine "FEZ / MOROCCO" cds (7 MY 1892), with "TANGIER" transit cds (MY 12) alongside. Backstamped at Tooting (MY 18). Back flap damaged, a fine and rare early use from Fez. (The British postal agency in Fez opened on 13 February 1892.), SG Z35
