Peru: 1908 picture postcard from Dublin, addressed to Callao, Lima Peru, carried aboard the ''S.S Finance'' which collided with the ''S.S. Georgic'' in dense fog close to Sandy Hook, New York and sunk, with adhesive floated off, bearing type 1 label inscribed ''The piece of mail herewith was recovered from the wreck of the Steamer Finance, which was sunk through collision with Steamer Georgic, Thursday, Nov 26, 1908", with Peru arrival h/s at top, and faint mark on reverse, very rare, with less than twenty items of mail recorded
