1872-1900 mint and used collection in red Senator album. We note 1872-80 values to 96ct drab, with 48ct rose and 64ct red-brown imperf imprimaturs, pages of later local surcharges with noted variations and postmarks, 1886 set to 28ct slate optd SPECIMEN, 1883-99 assortment with 3ct terracotta and blue-green horizontal strip of five optd SPECIMEN, 1899-1900 set to 2r25 and SPECIMEN set with 12ct sage-green and rose plate marginal block of 42, smattering of Officials and better postmarks, mixed condition, still a valuable lot, much retail potential.
