1935 envelope to The Income Tax Commissioner, St. Michael bearing 1925-35 ¼d, underpaid with bisected Postage Due 1d with unofficial manuscript ½d in blue-black ink, both cancelled by BARBADOS G.P.O. cds for '2. FEB.35'. Fine. 
 
"This was was after the Postal Convention of March 1934 agreed to collect the actual deficiency in postage and not the double deficiency as in certain cases ½d Postage Due stamps became necessary and were ordered, but in the interim, between March 1934 and February 1935, bisected 1d Postage Dues were used"
