Official covers. 1890s-1963 small group of covers (12), three early with the Government Frank (Proud OPD1), one being a little envelope to Whitfield King with Nukualofa CDS for 23 MY, year slug omitted, the others used to Vavau and Auckland, both of these with minor foxed spots. Three 1936 covers with OPD1, one a large reg. cover to Quensell with what appears to be the full panoply of Tin Can markings; 1943 envelope to Quensell with British Consulate frank and contents regarding the situation on Niuafo'ou; 1944 envelope to Quensell with frank of the Deputy Minister of Lands, contents regarding unpaid rent; another 1944 cover to Quensell, purple frank of the Premier's Office (letter in Tongan), and three more modern covers.
