19th-20th C. mint and used collection with strength in postal history, includes some pre-stamp, postal stationery, incoming mail, special delivery, advertising covers with New York Herald, Pacific Union Express, Wells Fargo, etc…, an undated die proof for George Washington's profile in an oval in brown, 1875 cover franked by 12c blackish violet pair (Scott 162) and Washington 3c green, 1898 Trans-Mississippi $1 Western Cattle in Storm, 1918 24c Airmail 1991 52c Hubert Humphrey block of 20 signed over five times by designer John Berkey and 1992 19c postcards (3) signed by Howard Koslow, Officials, Confederate mail including New Orleans 5c brown on cover (not tied) and two 5c unused examples and 2c blue and red, 1861 Jefferson Davis 5c green on cover to California, Hawaii, also some documents with revenue stamps, Newspaper and periodical stamps with 1895-97 set to $100 and specimens. Mixed condition with fine. A treasure trove - careful viewing sure to reward. (Many 100s).
