Early to middle period collection from 1866 with complete used sets, many with signatures and some even positioned, 1869-71 Prince Carol with and without beard sets used, 1872-79 issue duplicated unused with shades,1890s King Carol sets in different watermarks very lightly hinged, 1903 New Post Office set unmounted o.g., 1906 Jubilee postage set and set overprinted S.E. for use at the exhibition unmounted o.g., 1910s issues with overprint varieties, 1930-40s group of forty-one imperf essay sets unmounted o.g. and regular commemoratives to mid 1940s, small book of miniature sheets and packets of further mostly 1940s issues; good condition throughout, a fine basis for expansion
