Description
1941 Hitler and Mussolini set of three unissued values, in the style of the issued high values, but replaced by the alternate design used for the lower values affixed to registered cover to Matera, franked Imperiale 1L75 on reverse tied XII Giornata Filatelica Nazionale, on front the three unissued stamps applied and also tied by the same cds, registration label bottom left tied two-line handstamp which is repeated reading up at side. An exceedingly rare cover with the set of three unissued stamps in very fine condition, obviously philatelically inspired but only one commercial cover is recorded and that is for a single 10c Sa 457-459A, E. Diena (1995) and Raybaudi (1999) Certificates
