No.81 date stamp, John Slingsby only recording one cover in ‘<i>The Postal History of the Army of the Black Sea, 1918-23’ </i>overstruck by violet Passed By Censor 80 handstamp, from Baku where the British occupied the city and oil fields, the FPO 81 is recorded as used from Batum from Dec 1918 to April 1919.</p>
