1911-1930s KGV mixed mint and used collection, including 1910 cut-down Hentschel 3d essays in green and light brown, 1911 1d bright scarlet vertical strip of six, with one stamp variety ‘no cross on crown’ (SG 341a cat £110), 1912-14 watermark Simple Cypher gummed, unprinted trial proof block of 18 each bearing ‘SPECIMEN’ type 23, 1912-14 ½d marginal vertical pair and 1s marginal block of four, each showing partial offsets on reverse, 1d scarlet in block of four, one stamp showing ‘Q’ for 'O' variety (SG 357a £250), 1½d booklet pane of six overprinted CANCELLED and punch holed, and 1924-26 Block Cypher ungummed trial proof block of 12 each overprinted CANCELLED type 28, and 1s bistre-brown overprinted SPECIMEN type 32 (SG 429 cat £550) and 1s bistre-brown used with watermark inverted (SG 429Wi cat £375), mixed condition with fine.
