Official. 1944-50 "Set 20A" (= 1944 issue) 1½d "yellow-buff and deep slate-green" ("SUID-AFRIKA" hyphenated, medium format), SG type O2 opt (14½mm spacing) WITH DIAERESES, lower marginal horizontal pair from R12/9-10 of the 10x12 setting WITH PART ARROW, the right stamp showing "raised OFFICIAL", fresh unmounted o.g. (hinged in margin). Minor bends mentioned for accuracy, but very rare and desirable in this positional form, with complete arrow only possible from the left margin (since only left half-sheets were overprinted).
