Official. 1937-44 'Set 20' (= 1944) 1½d reduced format, SG type O2 opt reading down WITH DIARESES (14½mm with 'OFFICIAL' at right), upper marginal block of 4 from R1-2/9-10 of the 10x12 setting WITH PART ARROW, unmounted o.g. (hinged in margin). Fractionally yellowish gum and and one short perf, but very rare and desirable in this positional form, with complete arrow only possible from the left margin (since only left half-sheets were overprinted).
