1824-1873 group of eight covers including: 1824 pre stamp entire letter from Bangalore to London, endorsed ‘Post Paid’ ‘As 9’ and rated ‘2/6', reverse with bearing numerous marks with Post Paid Bangalore oval, superb strike from Out Station Madras Ship Letter d/s for OC 12, with further Madras despatch and India Letter Plymouth boxed h/s, 1855 entire to Calcutta franked by 1a red Die I, with similar entire addressed to Bombay franked by 1a dull red Die II, both cut to shape, 1863 cover to Brighton franked by 2a yellow-buff (2), 1867 & 1869 pair of covers from the same correspondence, addressed to Bristol, 1868 local cover franked by ½a pale blue vertical pair from Madras to Fort Poyapettah, and 1873 cover to London franked by 8a rose Die II, tied by Bangalore 10 type 9 duplex, fair to fine condition, attractive items.
