FRENCH INDIA: Used Abroad QV-KGV selection including: 1854-55 ½a Die I, struck by C-147 type 6 mark for Karikal, ½a Die III (2) one large margined example cancelled C-147, the other good to large margins, cancelled B-86 type 7 for Chandernagore, 1a dull red Die I cancelled by C-147 mark, later QV issues with 1854-64 2a yellow with C-147 mark (sadly creased but scarce) and other issues cancelled by Mahe cds, QV ½a blue-green and KEVII 1906-07 ½a cancelled by Yanam squared circle and cds respectively, and KGV 1911-22 2a6p cancelled by Mahe cds, odd imperfections, still a largely fine and scarce assembly.
