China 1902 red band envelope, registered Anchiu to Kiaochow franked on front with pair 10c Coiling Dragons tied two-line bilingual REGISTERED handstamp and a 4c tied by large part Sun and Moon handstamp, reverse with bold blue Weihsien oval datestamp (Sept 18) and Kiaochow cds (20/9) and German Office Tsingtau arrival of same date, vertical filing crease and slightly grubby but generally fine appearance and rare.
