1909 2d Colour trial. Very fine example printed in purple on Crown watermarked paper affixed to a small piece of white card. Produced for the proposed monocolour issue that was subsequently abandoned on the death of the King. Very rare, no more than two or three examples of each colour recorded in private hands. Ex. "Aurelius" & "Minoru".
