Cover pencils by Jack Kirby, inks by Chic Stone. Iron Man's costume gets a slight re-design in "The Mandarin's Revenge!", script by Stan Lee, art by Don Heck. Tony's observer missiles have failed in Vietnam. So, he goes to investigate, which leads him to the Mandarin. He attacks the Mandarin's castle, but he is captured. "Secret Mission" text story. "Skrang Strikes Tonight!", script by Stan Lee (plot) and Larry Lieber (script), pencils by Larry Lieber, inks by Dick Ayers. An invincible alien invader has weapons that can disable all Earth's armed forces, but he is frightened off when he sees an old lady's fox-fur collar. "Hands Off!", script by Stan Lee (plot) and Larry Lieber (script), pencils by Larry Lieber, inks by Chic Stone. The Watcher is tempted to break his vow of non-interference, but sees that it is for the best to obey. 36 pages, full color. Cover price $0.12.
