1865 6d Lilac Pl.5. Very fine used example lettered MA, neatly cancelled by a French "Anchor" in Lozenge used on uncancelled British mail on French packets. Offered with an 1856 1s Green (SG72) cancelled by another "Anchor" in lozenge, unfortunately damaged at top nevertheless another presentable example of this difficult cancellation.
