Very fine single rate entire from Glasgow to Montreal, Canada prepaid by a 6d deep lilac Pl.3 tied by a Glasgow "159" duplex for MR.19.1863, Montreal C.E. receiving cds on reverse for AP.6.1863. Endorsed "per North American via L'derry" but actually carried by the "Nova Scotian", the "North American" due to sail the following week. Exhibition Quality.
