1904-28 pair of novelty postcards franked by ½d and 1d, the former bearing a Douglas/I. Of-Man cds for MY 29 and the latter with a Blackpool wavy line cancel for 14 JLY with a 1d postage due tied by a Blackburn cds, both featuring inset photographs and consequently struck with ‘Contrary to Regulations’ and ‘1d To Pay. Liable to Letter Rate’ instructional marks. A lovely pair. (2)
