I have received your letter from the 11th of December the 11th and I order the arrest and transfer to the War Council of Captain Douhet Storekeeper in Varmin.
Without delay I ask the Central administration of Sambre and Meuse to preserve the charge against this individual to submit the charge the Courts Martial to the War Council
