Coventry, Thomas Sharp (antiquarian, token designer and collector) Uniface die trial of incomplete obverse of his halfpenny (1797), Female personification of Coventry seated – without sword or legend, rev. blank, edge plain, 28mm/6.72gm. (DH 307), scratches under her right arm – possibly design ideas (?) otherwise, Extremely Fine and nicely patinated. Of the highest rarity – possibly only two in existence ‑ the other being the DH plate coin.
