Coventry, Robert Reynolds & Co. (ribbon weaver and seller) Halfpenny 1792, Lady Godiva on horse, rev. Coventry arms – elephant and castle, edge PAYABLE AT THE WAREHOUSE OF ROBERT REYNOLDS & Co., 30mm/11.95gm. (DH 231). Another the same, 30mm/11.97gm. (DH 231). Another the same but edge milled, 31mm/12.54gm. (DH 231b), Another but unpublished edge – plain, 31mm/12.80gm. (DH 231c). Another similar but no period at end of rev. legend, 28.25mm/12.44gm. (DH 235). Another the same but plain edge,28.5mm/11.95gm. (DH 235b). Another similar but obv. legend smaller letters, 31mm/12.12gm. (DH 237), first two good Extremely Fine, both with some original colour and first with much reflection, DH 231 and 235 about Extremely Fine, DH 231c good Very Fine ‑ these three pieces with extremely rare edges ‘RRR’ remaining two Extremely fine or better, toned, rest scarce.
