Birmingham, P Kempson’s Series of Birmingham Buildings, Halfpenny undated in brass, View of the Blue Coat Charity School, rev. Arms of Birmingham in circular legend, edge plain, 29mm/12.62gm. (DH 197a). Another, copper, but obv. the Free School, 29mm/13.46gm. (DH 200). Another but obv. the New Brass Works, 29mm/11.23gm. (DH 202). Another similar with period on rev. 29mm/13.9gm. (DH 203). Another but obv. the New Brewery, 29mm/11.64gm. (DH 205). Another the same but in brass, 29mm/11.76gm. (DH 205), Another copper, similar but rev. spacing different, 29mm/11.94gm. (DH 206), all good Extremely Fine with much reflection, two brass pieces particularly so with golden lustre, second a little more matt – others all with degrees of lustre – first two particularly so. Two off‑metal pieces extremely rare ‘RRR’. [7]
