Emsworth, Skidmore’s Mule Halfpenny, Robust style bust of Admiral Earl Howe, rev. bust left of David Garrick, edge SKIDMORE HOLBORNE LONDON, 28.5mm/12.07gm. (DH 36). Another but edge diagonally milled over previous legend, 29mm/11.98gm. (DH36a), both good Extremely Fine, first almost bronzed, second with considerable amounts of original lustre – both very rare ‘RR’. [2]
