Victoria (1837-1901), Halfcrown, 1843, type A4, young head left with two plain fillets in hair, omitting W.W. on truncation, date below, legend surrounds VICTORIA DEI GRATIA. Rev, crowned quartered shield of arms within wreath, emblems below, reads BRITANNIARUM REGINA FID DEF (S.3888; ESC.676; Bull. 2718 R). Toned, very fi ne, a rarer year to procure within the series.
