Russia, Empire. Catherine II CU 2 Kopeck. Ekaterinburg mint, 1763. St. George on horseback to right, slaying dragon with spear; E-M across fields, denomination on scroll below / Crowned monogram, date across fields; all within wreath. Edge inscription illegible. Bitkin 663. 20.88g, 34mm, 12h.

Good Very Fine; overstruck on a 4 Kopeck coin of Peter III from 1762 (cf. Bitkin 21-30), most clearly seen on the rev. Very Rare, no other examples on CoinArchives.
