1938-46 15c scarlet with R6/6 LP broken characters, two marginal blocks of four showing the first state and the more advanced second state, the latter hinged on the selvedge only otherwise unmounted o.g.; registered envelope with marginal block of four used locally, top right stamp with second state (31 MY 38 CDS) proving that both states were present on the first printing. &nbsp;Also block of four with repaired state, o.g. with slight foxing, and another block (top six rows of LP with the repaired state), fresh, some splitting and reinforcement between the stamps and right selvedge, but the variety unmounted. &nbsp;SG 146a
