Circa 1899 folded letter cancelled with 38mm circular intaglio pre-stamp seal reading "RAJ DAK  / KOTWALI / SHAHPURA" (State Post / Magistrate / Shahpura) (Jaiswal Type 4) to indicate that postage had been prepaid. This seal was used as a "Frank" from Circa 1899 to 1914 when postage stamps were issued to replace "Franks" at which time they were used as adhesive obliterator from 1914 till 1920's
