Circa 1890 folded letter cancelled with oval intaglio pre-stamp seal "RAJ DAK / SHAHPURA"  (State Post / Shahpura) (Jaiswal Type 3) to indicate that postage had been prepaid. This seal was used as a "Frank" from Circa 1890 to 1914 when postage stamps were issued to replace "Franks" at which time they were used as adhesive obliterator from 1914 till 1920's.
