1948-49 handstamp in red on Kishangarh 1899-1901 1a brown-lilac. An imperforate block of four with large margins, each stamp with handstamp inverted, fresh unused, without gum as issued. Minor horizontal creasing at centre and base (not mentioned on clear 2016 BPA Certificate), but a fine and very scarce block. SG 29b var; Scott 27 var
